Area Sales Manager – Ortho Robotics (MISSO)

Key Responsibilities

- Drive capital sales of orthopaedic robotic systems across hospitals, ASCs, and clinics.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and long-cycle capital deals.
- Develop relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital C-suite stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations for purchases, leases, and service contracts.
- Present compelling clinical, operational, and ROI-based business cases.
- Coordinate surgeon demos, cadaver labs, and evaluation programs.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and procurement dynamics.





What We’re Looking For
- Experience in medical device / capital equipment sales, preferably orthopaedics or surgical robotics.
- Strong understanding of hospital procurement and capital sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with surgeons and senior hospital leadership.
- Commercially driven, analytical, and innovation-focused mindset.
