Role: Archer developer

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Location: Hyderabad/Pune/Indore

We are seeking an Archer Developer with 5 to 8 years of Handson experience The ideal candidate must possess robust skills in Archer. Responsibilities include solution design, profile enrichment, troubleshooting, and overall technical design and implementation using Archer. Also responsible for defining team objectives, setting clear targets, and developing strategies to achieve project or organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable and high-performance applications using the Archer platform.
- Develop custom modules and workflows to enhance and extend the functionality of existing Archer applications.
- Apply extensive working knowledge of Advanced Workflow, various data feed types, Mail Merger, Custom Object and complex calculations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Archer applications, providing timely support and maintenance as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring effective integration of Archer solutions.
- Provide guidance, training,



and feedback to help team members develop skills and improve performance.
- Familiarity with Archer Installation, Archer APIs, Archer new UI, AWS.
- Prepare documentation, technical guidelines, and operational playbooks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 58 years of hands-on experience with Archer development, including configuring and customizing Archer application
- Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and governance processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in API integrations and cross-platform data orchestration.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Additional Preferences

- Experience across different phases of the SDLC, including requirements of gathering, solution design, implementation, and release management.
