- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and performance through innovative problem-solving.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and support skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and project goals.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud Development.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions under tight deadlines.
