About The Role

We are looking for a confident, camera-friendly and emotionally intelligent Anchor / Content Host to join our healthcare content team in Haridwar and Delhi.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking on camera, interacting with patients and doctors, and presenting healthcare-related content in a simple, engaging and trustworthy manner.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys anchoring, hosting, interviewing, storytelling and digital content creation and wants to build a career in media, content and healthcare communication.

Freshers with strong communication skills and on-camera confidence are encouraged to apply.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Testimonials &

- Interviews

- Conduct and host patient testimonial shoots professionally and empathetically.
- Interact with patients and make them comfortable while speaking on camera.
- Ask relevant questions and guide conversations naturally.
- Help capture genuine and engaging patient stories.
- Coordinate with doctors, videographers, photographers and content teams during shoots.

Content Hosting &

- Anchoring

- Host healthcare-related videos for YouTube, Instagram and other digital platforms.
- Present healthcare, wellness and educational topics in an engaging manner.
- Deliver information clearly and confidently on camera.
- Participate in interviews, Q&A; sessions, awareness campaigns and other video formats.
- Adapt presentation style according to the audience and content format.

Scripting &

- Content Preparation

- Assist the content team in preparing scripts, questions and video structures.
- Research basic healthcare topics before shoots.
- Help simplify complex medical information into easy-to-understand language.




- Collaborate with writers and creative teams to improve content quality and audience engagement.

Brand Representation

- Represent the organisation professionally on camera and during on-ground activities.
- Maintain a trustworthy, positive and professional brand image.
- Communicate with patients, doctors and internal teams respectfully.
- Participate in PR activities, awareness campaigns, promotional shoots and events when required.

Content &

- Social Media

- Stay updated with social media trends and popular video formats.
- Understand basic YouTube and Instagram content formats.
- Participate in short-form and long-form video content.
- Provide inputs on presentation, hooks and audience engagement where relevant.
