The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Analytics Lead who can sit in an ambiguous stakeholder conversation, work out what the client actually needs, investigate the data properly, build dashboards that drive decisions, and tell the story clearly enough that the client acts on it. This is an individual contributor role with full ownership, not a coordination role.

What You Will Do

- Own business analysis, data investigation, and insight generation for global client engagements
- Design and build decision-oriented Power BI dashboards end to end, from discovery through UAT and release
- Write complex SQL to validate, reconcile, and investigate datasets
- Define KPIs, metrics, and calculation rules with stakeholders
- Turn analysis into a explicit business story: what changed, why it changed, and what to do next
- Present directly to senior client stakeholders and manage that relationship

Must Have

- 3 to 6 years of hands-on analytics experience,



comfortable owning a full workstream alone
- Strong SQL: complex queries, validation, reconciliation, root cause investigation
- Power BI: independent dashboard development, star schema modelling, DAX and time intelligence
- Commercial analytics exposure across any of forecasting, pricing and elasticity, attribution, MMM, or RGM/NRM
- Working knowledge of commercial KPIs such as sales velocity, TDPs, distribution, and innovation
- Strong communication and the confidence to hold a room of senior stakeholders
- CPG, Retail, or Healthcare domain experience preferred

Good To Have

- FMCG and Retail data sources: NielsenIQ, Circana, SPINS, IMS Health
- POS, sales, pricing, distribution, or retailer performance data
- Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouse, or Databricks
- Python, R, SPSS, or Sawtooth
- Power BI performance tuning, or experience mentoring junior analysts
