3. Role Summary

We are seeking an AI Automation specialist to join our MIS Department on a Work From Office (WFO) basis. This is a full time position reporting to the MIS team. The successful candidate will work on automation solutions leveraging AI technologies to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency. This role operates on a 12 PM to 10 PM shift and is ideal for early-career professionals with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in AI automation or related domains.

4. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven automation solutions to streamline business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and requirements
- Build and maintain automation workflows using AI/ML tools and platforms
- Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes to ensure optimal performance
- Document automation solutions and create technical specifications
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Support the implementation of automation frameworks across the organization

5. Must-have Skills

- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C , or similar)
- Strong understanding of automation principles and workflows
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and frameworks
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Ability to work with APIs and integrate multiple systems




- Basic knowledge of database concepts
- Strong communication and documentation skills

6. Good-to-have Skills

- Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools and orchestration platforms
- Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Exposure to agile development methodologies

7. Qualification Required (Education) & Technical Background

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Technical background in software development, automation engineering, or AI/ML
- Demonstrated ability to code and understand technical documentation
- Knowledge of automation tools and platforms is preferred

8. Experience & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in AI automation, software development, or a related technical role. Freshers or near-freshers with strong project portfolios demonstrating automation or AI projects are encouraged to apply. Experience working in an MIS or IT Operations environment is a plus. Candidates should be comfortable working in a structured, deadline-driven environment and be willing to learn new tools and technologies on the job.
