What you'll do

Drive B2B sales of Kshoni Plant Growth solutions to hydroponic and bioponic farms across India — building relationships, running trials, and turning grower results into repeat orders.

Who we're looking for

- B.Sc. in Agriculture (or related field)
- An existing network of hydroponics farmers / commercial growers in India
- Proven experience selling plant growth solutions, biostimulants, or nutrients to farms
- Comfortable talking agronomy — root zone, EC/pH, nutrient feed — with technical growers
- Self-driven, field-ready, and results-oriented
