Job Overview

We are looking for an Agentic Product Lead – Fraud & Claims to lead the design and delivery of AI-powered solutions for fraud and claims operations. The role will work closely with business, engineering, data science, and claims/fraud teams to design agentic workflows, intelligent decision-support solutions, and effective investigator experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Fraud & Claims, Product Management, AI/Agentic solutions, and solution design, with the ability to take products from design through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and delivery of agentic products for Claims Investigation, Alerts Investigation, and Intelligent Intake.
- Define product vision, workflows, agent behaviors, decision strategies, and solution architecture.
- Convert fraud and claims business processes and investigator expertise into scalable AI-driven workflows.
- Design solutions that combine AI-driven and deterministic decision-making while maintaining human oversight and explainability.
- Work closely with Fraud & Claims Operations, Engineering, Data Science, and Business SMEs to validate and improve solutions.
- Create implementation-ready product artifacts, including agent workflows, orchestration models, interaction designs,



and implementation backlogs.
- Lead cross-functional teams throughout product development and implementation.
- Prototype, test, and refine agentic solutions based on business and operational feedback.
- Develop reusable agentic design patterns and decision-support capabilities for Fraud and Claims.
- Mentor and coach internal product teams on agentic product design and delivery.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Fraud and Claims operations.
- Experience in Product Management, Product Design, or Product Leadership.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, AI Agents, or Agentic AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, AI workflows, and agent orchestration.
- Experience designing AI-driven decision-support solutions.
- Knowledge of AI and human-in-the-loop interaction models.
- Experience working with Engineering, Data Science, and business teams.
- Solid understanding of solution architecture and product design principles.
- Experience translating business processes and domain expertise into scalable technology solutions.
- Knowledge of AI governance, explainability, compliance, and responsible AI.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
