Job Location - Pune Onsite

Position Overview

We're looking for an creative Agentic AI Developer with expertise in React frameworks to build autonomous AI agents that revolutionize student services and admissions processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop agentic AI systems using ReAct (Reasoning and Acting) frameworks
- Implement multi-agent systems for complex educational workflows
- Build and optimize LLM-powered agents for document analysis, student communication, and




- decision-making
- Develop agent orchestration systems for multi-step educational processes
- Integrate AI agents with existing educational technology platforms
- Fine-tune language models for education-specific use cases
- Implement agent monitoring, evaluation, and continuous learning systems
- Research and implement latest developments in agentic AI and autonomous systems

Required Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML development with focus on LLMs and autonomous systems
- Must have: Hands-on experience with React framework or similar agentic AI patternsStrong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, etc.)
- Deep understanding of LLM concepts: prompting, fine-tuning, RAG, embeddings, vector
- databases
- Experience with prompt engineering and chain-of-thought reasoning
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems
- Experience with cloud AI services (OpenAI API, Anthropic, Google AI, etc.)
- Strong understanding of NLP fundamentals and transformer architectures

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with educational content analysis and document intelligence
- Knowledge of conversation AI and dialogue systems
- Experience with MLOps and model deployment pipelines
- Understanding of AI ethics, bias detection, and responsible AI practices
- Experience with graph databases and knowledge graphs
- Publications or contributions to open-source AI projects
- Experience with multi-modal AI systems (text, images, documents)
