EDMO is an AI-powered company focused on enrollment-centric solutions for universities, colleges, and higher education institutions. The role is for an innovative Agentic AI Developer to build autonomous AI systems that improve student services and admissions workflows.

Role: Agentic AI Developer

Location: Pune Onsite

Experience

- 4-6 yrs
- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML development with focus on LLMs and autonomous systems

Responsibilities

- Design and develop agentic AI systems using ReAct frameworks
- Implement multi-agent systems for complex educational workflows
- Build and optimize LLM-powered agents for document analysis, student communication, and decision-making
- Develop agent orchestration systems for multi-step educational processes
- Integrate AI agents with existing educational technology platforms
- Fine-tune language models for education-specific use cases
- Implement agent monitoring, evaluation, and continuous learning systems
- Research and implement latest developments in agentic AI and autonomous systems

Additional Responsibilities

- Build autonomous AI agents that improve student services and admissions processes

Nice To Have

- Experience with educational content analysis and document intelligence
- Knowledge of conversation AI and dialogue systems
- Experience with MLOps and model deployment pipelines
- Understanding of AI ethics, bias detection, and responsible AI practices
