We are looking for a hands-on Adobe Target and Adobe Launch Developer to lead personalization and tagging efforts across high-traffic digital platforms. This role is engineering-focused and requires strong front-end development skills and practical experience in building efficient analytics and personalization solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement full-stack personalization solutions using Adobe Target, including server-side and client-side implementations.
- Implement personalization and experimentation using Adobe Target Delivery APIs, including integration with single-page applications (SPA) and modern frontend frameworks.
- Design, implement, and manage tracking tags using Adobe Launch (AEP Tags) via Rules, Data Elements, and Extensions.
- Configure and deploy A/B, multivariate, and personalized experiences using a developer-driven approach (not editor-only), ensuring scalability and performance.
- Integrate Adobe Target with Adobe Analytics, AEM, Adobe Experience Platform, and Audience Manager, including data layer design and implementation.
- Design and manage event triggering, decisioning logic, and personalization flows originating from SPAs, backend services, or middleware layers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to JavaScript execution, APIs, data layers, tagging, and SDK integrations.
- Debug, test, and optimize implementations across browsers,



devices, and page types
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to execute the experimentation roadmap
- Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet code quality, performance, and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in frontend / full-stack development
- 3+ years of experience as an Adobe Target Developer
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in tag management and web analytics using Adobe Launch.
- Robust expertise in Adobe Target and WebSDK integration
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (hands-on coding required)
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and A4T integration
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Adobe Developer Certification for Adobe Experience Platform Tags or Adobe Analytics.

Preferred qualifications and Skills:

- Adobe Developer Certification for Adobe Experience Platform (Adobe Target and Adobe Launch).
- Experience with SPA frameworks like React or Angular.
- Knowledge of Content Management systems like AEM
- Experience working on e-commerce or high-traffic digital platforms
- Understanding of performance optimization and how page speed affects user experience
