As we continue to scale our Foods & Devices business, we're looking for a growth-focused Ads & Growth Manager to drive revenue across Quick Commerce and marketplace channels.

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI-first growth professional who owns business outcomes, not just campaign execution. In this role, you will be responsible for driving ad-led growth across Quick Commerce platforms including Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart, with Flipkart serving as a secondary channel.

This role combines strategy, execution, analytics, and automation. You'll be expected to leverage AI tools, automation workflows, and data-driven decision-making to scale advertising performance efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

Quick Commerce Ads – Primary Focus:

Own ad-attributed revenue and GMV growth across Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.

Manage end-to-end ad operations including search, PLA, banner campaigns, keyword planning, bidding strategy, and budget allocation.

Drive Share of Voice (SOV) growth across key categories and markets.

Plan and execute major sale events, promotions, and platform campaigns.

Monitor performance, optimize spend, and maximize returns across platforms.

AI & Automation for Ads Operations:

Build and implement AI-driven workflows and automation solutions for ad operations.

Automate reporting, bid management, budget pacing, campaign monitoring, and performance analysis.

Leverage tools such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, or custom scripts to improve efficiency and scalability.

Continuously evaluate and deploy new AI tools to enhance growth and operational effectiveness.

Flipkart Ads – Secondary Focus:

Manage Flipkart Sponsored Ads campaigns including PLA and PCA formats.





Drive campaign performance through effective bidding, placements, and event participation.

Apply automation and AI-driven processes to improve campaign management and reporting.

Growth Strategy & Analytics:

Develop quarterly growth plans and channel strategies.

Work closely with category, supply chain, and operations teams to unlock growth opportunities.

Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and funnel metrics to identify optimization opportunities.

Drive experimentation across creatives, keywords, placements, and promotional strategies.

Reporting & Performance Management:

Own daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting.

Track and improve key metrics such as ROAS, TACOS, SOV, GMV growth, and campaign efficiency.

Reconcile ad spend and platform payouts while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Must Have:

Hands-on experience managing ads on Blinkit, Zepto, and/or Swiggy Instamart.

Strong understanding of ROAS, TACOS, GMV growth, and performance marketing metrics.

Experience using AI tools and automation platforms to improve productivity and scale operations.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or Python is an added advantage.

Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on with execution.

Strong experimentation mindset with a bias toward action and continuous optimization.

Good to Have:

Experience with Flipkart Ads (PLA/PCA).

Experience building automation workflows using APIs, scripts, or no-code tools.

Exposure to AI-powered creative generation and testing.

Proven track record of scaling revenue or business growth across e-commerce or marketplace channels.
