Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, Noida and Dehradun. This role involves guiding prospective learners through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, explaining program details, and assessing candidate fit for various courses.

The Admissions

Counselor will conduct consultations via phone, email, and in-person meetings, follow up with leads, and provide timely, accurate information to support enrollment decisions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining detailed records in the admissions system, collaborating with academic and marketing teams, and meeting enrollment targets through ethical and learner-focused counseling.



The role also requires contributing to information sessions, events, and outreach activities that promote Hero Vired’s programs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to effectively engage with prospective learners and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide professional, timely, and supportive guidance throughout the admissions process.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert qualified leads into enrollments while maintaining a consultative, learner-centered approach.
- Candidates should possess Education-related understanding or experience, such as familiarity with higher education, professional training, or edtech environments.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, strong English speaking and writing skills, and proficiency with CRM or admissions management tools.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include the ability to work with targets, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in admissions, counseling, or student advisory roles.
