Role Description The Admission Counselor role at Profession Hike is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The counselor will guide prospective learners and their families through the college and course selection process, helping them understand eligibility, admissions procedures, and application timelines. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, providing personalized counseling based on individual goals, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
