Role Description The Admission Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The individual in this position will guide prospective learners through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, explaining program offerings, and providing accurate information on eligibility, curriculum, fees, and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with potential applicants via phone, email, and in-person meetings, conducting consultations to understand their professional goals, and recommending suitable programs.

The role involves managing application documentation, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience,



and following up with leads to support conversions in line with institutional policies.

The Admission

Counselor will also maintain updated records in the CRM, contribute to outreach activities such as information sessions or events, and uphold a learner-centric, professional approach in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively engage with diverse healthcare professionals.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive admission experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage leads, conduct program consultations, and support enrollment targets ethically and transparently.
- Candidates should possess Education-related skills or exposure, such as understanding academic programs, learner needs, and basic ed-tech operations.
- Relevant skills and qualifications include robust organizational and time-management abilities, proficiency with CRM or admission management tools, and comfort with MS Office or similar software.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or Healthcare-related fields preferred) and prior experience in admissions, counseling, or customer-facing roles in education or healthcare is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain accurate records, and adhere to institutional policies and ethical standards.
