Role Description The Accountant role at ROI HUNT Performance Marketing Company is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, preparing invoices, and reconciling accounts. This role will be responsible for preparing financial statements, monitoring budgets, tracking expenses and revenues, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities.

The Accountant will support compliance with accounting standards and local regulations, assist with tax preparation and filings, and provide financial reports and insights to management.



The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data for performance marketing campaigns and overall business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting software and proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to handle account reconciliations, budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
- Understanding of taxation, statutory compliance, and basic regulatory requirements in India.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, or similar) are an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site in Noida.
- Prior experience in a marketing, advertising, or performance-driven business environment is a plus.
