- Bookkeeping - Booking of sales, purchase, expense, credit notes, and debit notes - Prepaid expense entries and monthly provisions (salary, depr., electricity, legal, tel.) - Maintaining fixed asset register and recording depreciation - Managing vendor outstanding and client reconciliations Banking &
- Reconciliation - Bank reconciliation - Payment and loan EMI reconciliation - TDS reconciliation and Form 26AS updates Compliance &
- Taxation - GST computations, GSTR-1 &
- GSTR-3B filing, and GSTR-2B reconciliation - Ensuring GST payable matches return filings - PF and ESI reconciliation - Supporting internal and external audits Inventory &




- Stock Control - Inventory management and updating stock values Party &
- Ledger Confirmations - Debtor and Creditor confirmations - Resolving discrepancies in customer accounts and billing Reporting &
- Coordination - Preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements - Creating reconciliation reports, maintaining tax database - Emailing, client coordination, and inter-department communication Tools You'll Use:
- Tally ERP / Tally Prime - Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets - Google Drive / Shared Folder for documentation Key Skills Required:
- Robust skills in reconciliation, accuracy, and reporting - Ability to communicate with CA and management clearly - Organized, deadline-oriented, and proactive Eligibility Criteria: Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred)
