At EFS Facilities Services, we are looking for an experienced and client-focused Account Manager - Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) to lead the delivery of facilities management services across a prestigious multi-site portfolio in India. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, contractual compliance, stakeholder satisfaction, financial performance, and continuous improvement while serving as the primary interface between EFS and the client.

Role Overview The Account Manager will be responsible for managing EFS's facilities management partnership across a large multi-location portfolio, ensuring seamless delivery of hard and soft services, strong client engagement, and operational excellence. The role requires a seasoned facilities management professional with expertise in building systems, asset management, maintenance strategies, vendor management, financial oversight, and stakeholder relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated facilities management services across multiple locations
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, service standards, SLAs, KPIs, and governance requirements
- Drive operational excellence through effective management of hard and soft services
- Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical building systems to ensure asset reliability and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement proactive, preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance strategies
- Drive asset management initiatives to maximise asset lifecycle, equipment performance, and business continuity
- Monitor and leverage BMS, CAFM, and other operational systems to enhance reporting and operational performance
- Lead vendor and contractor management activities, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost optimisation
- Manage budgets, cost control initiatives, financial planning, and account profitability




- Prepare and review financial reports while supporting effective P&L; management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive service improvements, innovation, and operational efficiency
- Support sustainability, energy management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolio
- Lead, coach, and develop operational teams while promoting a culture of accountability and high performance

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management, or Operations Management environments
- At least 4-5 years of experience managing large facilities management accounts or portfolios at a managerial level
- Strong understanding of building systems, asset management, maintenance planning, and facilities operations
- Hands-on expertise in HVAC systems with good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and overall building services
- Experience implementing preventive, predictive, proactive, and reactive maintenance programmes
- Strong stakeholder management, customer service, and relationship-building capabilities
- Experience managing vendors, contractors, and cross-functional operational teams
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, and P&L; management
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing multi-site operations within corporate, commercial, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or facilities management environments will be highly preferred

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised institution

Professional certifications such as FMP, CFM, PMP, or equivalent will be an added advantage
