About the Role

We're an influencer marketing agency working with brands across categories. We're looking for an Account Manager to own our existing brand client relationships — ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, clients stay happy, and accounts renew month after month.

This is a retention and delivery role, not a sales role. Your success is measured by client satisfaction and recurring revenue.

What You'll Do

Own relationships with existing brand clients — communication, campaign updates, reviews, and renewals

Act as the bridge between clients and our influencer operations team — brief clearly, track progress, ensure on-time delivery

Monitor campaign execution and flag risks before they become client problems

Handle client concerns proactively with clear, honest communication

Share campaign reports with insights and next steps, not just numbers





Drive renewals and repeat campaigns, building recurring revenue

Keep trackers and client communication organized so nothing slips through

What We're Looking For

2–4 years in client servicing / account management at a digital, influencer, or creative agency

Robust understanding of Instagram and YouTube creator ecosystems and campaign metrics

Excellent communication in English and Malayalam

Highly organized — able to manage multiple brand accounts without dropping details

Ownership mindset — you follow up without being told

Bonus: experience managing retainer or recurring agency clients
