Role Description The Account Manager role at Design Indian is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi, with a salary of up to 55K.

The Account

Manager will oversee client accounts, manage ongoing relationships, and act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Daily responsibilities include understanding client needs, coordinating with internal design and operations teams, preparing proposals and presentations, tracking project timelines and deliverables, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves monitoring account performance, identifying opportunities for account growth, and addressing issues or escalations promptly and professionally.

The Account

Manager will also support reporting, documentation, and regular review meetings to maintain transparency and alignment with client expectations.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, handle feedback, and maintain long-term partnerships.




- Experience in account handling or project coordination, preferably in design, creative services, marketing, or related fields.
- Solid communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly, write professional emails and reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail under deadlines.
- Comfort with basic business documentation such as proposals, contracts, and status reports, and familiarity with common office software and collaboration tools.
- Problem-solving mindset, proactive approach to resolving client issues, and willingness to take ownership of outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Previous experience in an on-site client-facing role and knowledge of the Current Delhi market or regional business context is an advantage.
