Role Description The ACCA Trainer (Skill Level) is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. The trainer will deliver classroom sessions for ACCA skill level papers, following the prescribed syllabus and using a mix of lectures, case studies, and problem-solving exercises. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating and updating learning materials, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, and monitoring learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and mock exams.

The role involves providing academic guidance, offering exam preparation strategies,



and maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance. The trainer will collaborate with the academic team to enhance teaching methodology, ensure alignment with ACCA standards, and support student placements by sharing industry insights and skilled ethics.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of ACCA Skill Level subjects and related accounting, finance, and reporting concepts, with the ability to explain them clearly and practically.
- Experience in classroom teaching or corporate training, with skills in lesson planning, learner engagement, and assessment design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to address diverse learner needs and maintain a supportive learning workplace.
- Comfort with using digital tools for teaching (presentations, learning management systems, online resources) and updating study materials as per ACCA guidelines.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA (part/fully qualified), CA, CMA, or a relevant postgraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Strong academic record, conceptual clarity, and an interest in mentoring learners for professional exams and career readiness.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage batches and schedules, and coordinate effectively with the institute’s academic and administrative teams.
