Role Description The Manager – CSR Fundraising & Corporate Partnerships is a full-time, on-site role based in West Delhi. This position is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing CSR and corporate partnership opportunities that align with Veterans India’s mission and programs. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential corporate and institutional partners, preparing proposals and concept notes, and coordinating presentations and meetings with senior stakeholders.

The manager will maintain ongoing relationships with partners, oversee reporting and documentation for funded projects,



and ensure compliance with donor requirements. The role also involves collaborating with program and communications teams to design impactful initiatives, monitor project outcomes, and support events and campaigns that enhance visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, or nonprofit business development, with strong skills in proposal writing and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to research and analyze CSR trends, identify prospective partners, and develop strategic partnership plans.
- Solid communication skills, including clear written communication, persuasive presentation abilities, and professional correspondence.
- Experience in relationship management, donor servicing, and coordination across internal teams and external partners.
- Solid organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Understanding of social sector, nation-building, or patriotic education programs; prior work with NGOs or trusts is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Work, Public Policy, Communications, or a related field; a master’s degree is an added benefit.
- Comfort working on-site in West Delhi, with the ability to travel locally for meetings and events as needed.
