We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor who can guide prospective students, understand their career aspirations, explain our Banking & Finance programs, and help them choose the right career path.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding Banking & Finance courses and career opportunities.
- Understand students' educational background and career goals.
- Explain course curriculum, fees,



scholarships, and placement assistance.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Follow up with students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain enquiry records and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the Admissions, Academic, and Operations teams.
- Build solid relationships with students and provide excellent customer service.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
