We are looking for a confident and energetic Tele Counsellor to connect with prospective students, understand their requirements and generate quality admissions for our programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to leads and prospective students.
- Explain courses, benefits, schedules and admission process clearly.
- Qualify leads and schedule counselling appointments.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate lead records and call updates on CRM/Google Sheets.
- Achieve daily calling, follow-up and monthly conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for successful enrolments.
- What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner, strong follow-up discipline and a target-oriented approach. Prior experience in education, tele calling or sales will be preferred.
