PALLITHARA JEWELLERS, TALIPARAMBA - We're Hiring — Sales and Marketing Executive

Pallithara Jewellers is a jewellery firm with over 40 years of running our jewellery business in Kannur district. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to be part of our journey.

What You'll Do

You will welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right purchase across our gold, silver, and diamond collections. A key part of your role will be actively generating store walk-ins through your personal network and staying engaged on WhatsApp and social media to promote the brand. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining counter displays, assisting with billing, and following up with potential customers.

What We're Looking For

Plus Two or above,



with prior experience in jewellery or any customer-facing sales role preferred — though motivated freshers are welcome. You should have robust Malayalam communication skills and basic English, a pleasant personality, and be comfortable using WhatsApp for customer engagement and brand promotion. Basic knowledge of gold purity standards and making charges is an advantage. Honesty, a proactive attitude, and genuine enthusiasm for sales matter more to us than a long resume.

What We Offer

A fixed salary based on experience, plus a performance incentive of ₹1,500 –₹3,000 per month tied to sales, walk-ins, and old gold procurement. In-house training provided.
