Trekkaro India runs group treks and multi-day tour packages across Maharashtra and Karnataka, with departures from Pune, Mumbai, and Bangalore. We're looking for a Travel Consultant who can convert inbound leads into confirmed bookings and give every customer a outstanding pre-trip experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls/WhatsApp/website inquiries about treks and tour packages, and convert them into bookings
- Call and follow up with leads generated from Meta Ads, Instagram, and website forms within defined response-time targets
- Explain itineraries, inclusions/exclusions, pricing, safety measures, and pickup points clearly to prospective travelers
- Handle objections (price, safety concerns, solo travel hesitation, date conflicts) and close sales




- Maintain and update lead status, follow-ups, and booking details in the CRM/Google Sheet
- Coordinate with the operations team on batch sizes, departure confirmations, and cancellations
- Collect payments/advance booking amounts and share booking confirmations, packing lists, and trip details with customers
- Handle post-booking queries (rescheduling, cancellations, group additions)
- Upsell add-ons (photography packages, private transport, extended stays) where relevant
- Gather and report customer feedback after trips
- Maintain daily/weekly call and conversion reports
