Position: Housekeeping & Office Support Staff

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, well-mannered, hardworking and responsible Housekeeping & Office Support Staff who can maintain the office in a clean, hygienic and presentable condition at all times and provide basic hospitality support to office staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene of the office, including work areas, meeting rooms, pantry and common spaces.

- Regular cleaning, dusting, mopping and proper maintenance of the office premises.

- Serve tea, coffee and drinking water to office staff and guests.

- Arrange and serve food/snacks for guests, meetings and office staff when required.

- Keep the pantry, kitchen area, crockery and utensils clean and organized.

- Welcome and assist guests in a polite, qualified and courteous manner.

- Ensure meeting rooms and guest areas are clean, neat and properly arranged before and after meetings.

- Maintain adequate stock of drinking water,



tea, coffee, snacks and other pantry requirements.

- Handle day-to-day housekeeping duties responsibly without constant supervision.

- Follow proper hygiene, grooming and workplace discipline.

- Support other basic office requirements whenever needed.

Candidate Requirements

- Well-groomed, clean and presentable personality.

- Honest, punctual, reliable and disciplined.

- Good manners and a service-oriented attitude.

- Ability to maintain a spotless, neat and organized workplace.

- Should be comfortable interacting with office staff, senior management and guests.

- Previous experience in corporate office housekeeping, hospitality, hotel or guest-service roles will be preferred.
