Job Title: Telecaller & WhatsApp Sales Executive

Knottie Enterprises is a growing men’s fashion accessories brand supplying premium products across India. Our product range includes ties, bows, lapels, pocket squares, sherwani accessories, embroidery accessories and wedding fashion accessories for menswear stores, boutiques and bespoke tailoring studios.

Job Responsibilities:

• Call menswear stores, tailoring shops, boutiques and retailers across India

• Share product catalogues and offers on WhatsApp

• Follow up with retailers for orders and inquiries

• Maintain retailer database and customer records

• Build long-term relationships with clients

• Coordinate with dispatch and sales team when required

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi





• Basic English understanding preferred

• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business and smartphone/computer

• Confident in speaking with customers on calls

• Sales or telecalling experience preferred

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary:

Fixed salary + performance incentives based on retailer conversions and sales.
