Job Responsibilities

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, dining, storage, staff, and common areas.

* Clean floors, walls, equipment surroundings, washrooms, and other assigned areas.

* Ensure proper disposal of waste as per company guidelines.

* Wash and clean utensils, containers, and cleaning equipment when required.

* Maintain adequate stock of cleaning materials and inform the supervisor when supplies are low.

* Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

* Support the kitchen team during busy hours as required.

* Report any maintenance, hygiene, pest, or safety issues to the supervisor.

* Maintain cleanliness throughout the shift and ensure the outlet is ready for operations.

Requirements

* Previous housekeeping experience in a restaurant, hotel, cloud kitchen, or food-service environment is preferred.

* Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards.

* Physically fit and able to work on their feet for extended periods.

* Willing to work in rotational shifts.

* Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.

2. Warehouse Helper – Cloud Kitchen

Job Title: Warehouse Helper

Department: Warehouse / Operations

Location: Cloud Kitchen / Warehouse

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities





* Receive, unload, check, and arrange incoming stock and materials.

* Load and unload food ingredients, packaging materials, cleaning supplies, and other items.

* Maintain proper storage and organization of all warehouse materials.

* Assist with stock counting and physical inventory checks.

* Follow FIFO/FEFO practices for food and other applicable materials.

* Pick and issue materials according to outlet requirements.

* Ensure proper labeling and segregation of products.

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the warehouse.

* Report damaged, expired, missing, or low-stock items to the supervisor.

* Assist in dispatching materials to different cloud kitchen outlets.

* Follow all safety, hygiene, and company procedures.

Requirements

* Previous warehouse/helper experience is preferred but not mandatory.

* Basic ability to read labels and count stock accurately.

* Physically fit and comfortable with loading/unloading work.

* Willing to work in rotational shifts.

* Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and disciplined.

* Experience in a food, restaurant, or cloud-kitchen workplace will be an advantage.
