products/services. We are looking for a creative and performance-oriented Digital Marketing & Content Creation Executive who can strengthen our digital presence and convert creative ideas into measurable brand visibility, engagement and business growth.

Role OverviewThe candidate will be responsible for planning,

creating and executing digital marketing and content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of social media, content creation, reels/video content, SEO, digital

campaigns, influencer marketing and analytics, with the ability to create premium content aligned with the luxury positioning of Amrit Kaur Artistry. These are core areas commonly expected in current digital marketing roles.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute monthly digital
- marketing and content strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create and manage a structured monthly
- content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Conceptualise,



script and create engaging Reels,
- short-form videos, posts, stories, carousels and promotional content.
- Coordinate and participate in content
- shoots, beauty shoots, Master Classes, bridal projects, events and
- behind-the-scenes content.
- Create compelling captions, campaign copy, scripts and promotional content while maintaining the brand's premium tone.
- Manage day-to-day social media publishing, scheduling and community engagement.
- Develop content specifically for Bridal,
- Master Classes, AKT products/services, celebrity/VIP artistry and brand
- campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Sales,
- SEO, Marketing and Creative teams to ensure digital campaigns generate qualified leads and support revenue targets.
- Plan and execute influencer
- marketing campaigns and track their reach, engagement, leads and conversions.
- Assist in managing Meta Ads
- and Google Ads campaigns, where required, and coordinate campaign creatives and content.
- Monitor SEO requirements, keyword opportunities and website content in coordination with the SEO team.
- Track digital performance including reach,
- engagement, followers, website traffic, leads, conversions, CPL and
- campaign ROI.
- Analyse competitor activity,



beauty industry trends and emerging social media formats.
- Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube, Meta and other platform algorithms and content trends.
- Use AI and digital tools to improve content ideation, copywriting, research and marketing productivity.
- Prepare weekly/monthly digital
- marketing performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Ensure consistent brand identity, visual quality and messaging across all digital platforms.

· 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Content Creation.

- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Excellent understanding of Reels, short-form video, social media storytelling and content strategy.
- Good copywriting, caption writing and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics/GA4
- Basic-to-good understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar content creation/editing tools.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Solid creative thinking with a premium visual and aesthetic sense.

· Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently.

· Experience in beauty, fashion, luxury, bridal, lifestyle or premium brands will be an advantage.
