Core Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably with team-management exposure.
- Robust experience managing end-to-end digital marketing strategy and execution.
- Proven expertise in lead generation through Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience managing large monthly advertising budgets and improving CPL, CPQL, CAC and conversion rates.
- Strong understanding of real estate marketing funnels (Lead → Qualified Lead → Site Visit → Booking)
- Ability to manage performance marketing, SEO, social media, content and creative teams.
- Experience working with external agencies and evaluating agency performance.
- Strong understanding of CRM integration, lead tracking, Meta CAPI, GA4, GTM and attribution.
- Ability to prepare monthly/quarterly marketing plans, forecasts and management reports.
- Ability to coordinate digital campaigns with offline marketing activities and project launches.
