We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and hardworking Office Boy / Peon / Helper to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, assisting employees with routine tasks, handling documents and refreshments, and supporting general office activities.

- Roles & ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and basic hygiene of the office, work areas, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors when required.
- Assist in arranging and maintaining office supplies, stationery, and other materials.
- Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and basic document-related work.
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and other items as required.
- Assist in receiving courier and delivery packages and hand them over to the concerned person/department.
- Support employees with day-to-day office requirements.
- Purchase or collect stationery, refreshments, and other office requirements from nearby locations when required.
- Assist with opening, arranging, shifting,



and organizing office materials.
- Help maintain proper stock of office supplies and report shortages.
- Ensure the office is properly arranged before and after meetings or events.
- Assist with general administrative and support tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Follow company rules, maintain discipline, and handle company materials responsibly.
- Perform other reasonable office support duties as assigned from time to time.
- Preferred Skills & RequirementsResponsible, punctual, and disciplined.
- Valuable communication and a helpful attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
- Basic reading and writing skills in Hindi/English preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple routine tasks efficiently.
- Physically fit and comfortable with general office support work.
- Previous experience as an Office Boy, Peon, Helper, or Office Assistant is preferred, but freshers can also apply.
