Home-Based Early Childhood Educator / Prodigy Coach

Location: Mumbai – Western & Central Suburbs

Job Type: Full time | Home Visits

Salary: ₹25,000–₹32,000/month + ₹100 per session travel allowance

Job Role:

- Conduct 60–90 minute one-on-one, play-based learning sessions at children's homes.
- Use structured, screen-free learning activities and curated learning kits.
- Adapt activities according to each child's developmental stage.
- Provide progress updates to parents.
- Maintain attendance, notes and progress reports.
- Follow safety, hygiene and professional etiquette while visiting client homes.

Eligibility:

- B.Ed. or Diploma/PG Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, Waldorf or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 6 months of preschool,



daycare or early-years teaching experience.
- Fluent English + Hindi or Marathi.
- Comfortable travelling across Mumbai Western and/or Central Line.
- Warm, patient and excellent communication skills.
- Willing to undergo police verification and provide valid ID/address proof.
