About the Role - Squarex Group is looking for an energetic Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with customers, generating leads, conducting property visits, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on real estate leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers to prospective buyers.
- Schedule and conduct property/site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers.




- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, confident.
