- Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP) and related financial products.
- Visit customers, builders, brokers and other referral sources for business development.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their loan requirements.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Coordinate with customers, banks/HFCs and internal teams throughout the loan process.
- Follow up on leads, applications, sanction and disbursement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, channel partners, property dealers and customers.
- Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and provide excellent customer service.
- Candidate RequirementsExperience:
1–3 years in Home Loan / LAP / Banking / DSA / Financial Services preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Good knowledge of the Virar–Vasai–Nalasopara market will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings.
- Should have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
