Key Responsibilities Marketing Executive – Field Sales (UPVC Windows & Doors)

- Visit builders, contractors, architects, and construction sites in and around Chennai/Chengalpattu to identify and generate current business leads
- Explain AI UPVC WINDOWS' products (sliding windows, openable windows, fixed windows, louver ventilators, doors) to potential customers
- Follow up on enquiries and coordinate with the office to convert leads into quotations
- Build and maintain relationships with builders and contractors for repeat business
- Report daily site visits and leads to management
- Meet monthly lead-generation and conversion targets

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Tamil (English/Hindi a plus)
- Comfortable traveling daily to different sites




- Basic smartphone/ WhatsApp usage for lead tracking
- Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly

Other Requirements

- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (for site visits)
- Willing to travel locally within Chennai and Chengalpattu
