1. Maintain and update Daily Stock Report and order for the less quantity material.
2. Mail daily stock report to reporting authority.
3. Order everything which is necessary for the workshop by preparing the PO ( Purchase Order )
and fulfill the workshop need.
4. Maintain the stock of gas bottle ( Oxygen,Co2,LPG,Argon) etc.
5. Responsible for maintain every item like power tools, Oil, Cotton waste, Bearing,Kerosin,tools,cutter,tap set,Machine Maintenance Items,Cutter reparing,Instruments repairing etc.
6. Call Electrician, Plumber as and when needed for the company’s workshop.
7. Ready to go out side for any work of the company.
8. Maintain First Aid kit in the store.
9. Taking Goods Received Note (GRN) and making entry in SAP & ERP Systems.
10. Maintain store as per 5’s concept, Record keeping & Filling.
