Key duties involve overseeing high/low tension (HT/LT) power systems, executing preventive maintenance schedules, and minimizing machinery downtime in heavy manufacturing units.

Core Responsibilities

- Maintenance Operations: Handle general electrical upkeep, lubrication, and rapid breakdown recovery for plant machinery.

- Preventive Upkeep: Follow scheduled preventive maintenance routines and log equipment service history.

- Resource Management: Prepare material indents for electrical and mechanical spares.

- System Monitoring: Oversee switchgear, transformers, drives (VFDs), and control panels.

Enforce factory safety rules and secure proper isolation protocols during repairs.

Job Requirements

- Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering (or ITI for technical support tiers).

- Experience: 4 to 10 years of hands-on industrial plant experience, preferably in steel, power, or metal sectors.

- Key Skills: High/Low tension system handling, fault diagnosis, team supervision, and basic automation awareness.
