Job Description:
- Understand business requirements from healthcare clients.
- Gather and document requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows.
- Work with developers and QA teams.
- Analyze healthcare business processes and suggest improvements.
- Support testing and UAT.
- Track issues and help resolve business-related problems.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams regularly.
Required Skills:
- Valuable knowledge of Healthcare domain.
- Experience in Business Analysis and requirement gathering.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with Jira/Confluence is preferred.
- Knowledge of claims, insurance, EHR/EMR, or healthcare workflows is a plus
