Role Overview:

Responsible for costing, pricing, estimation, and tender preparation for cable manufacturing products. This includes analyzing manufacturing costs, preparing techno-commercial quotations, estimating production expenses, and developing competitive pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Costing & Pricing: Analyze manufacturing costs of cables; prepare detailed cost sheets covering raw materials, labor, overheads, and logistics; support management in pricing decisions and profitability analysis.

- Tender Preparation & Submission: Review RFQs, technical specifications, drawings, and tender documents; prepare accurate and compliant techno-commercial bids within specified timelines; coordinate with internal teams.

- Cost Estimation: Estimate production costs including raw materials (steel, copper, brass, etc.); calculate machining time, labor, manufacturing overheads, surface treatments, packaging, and logistics; assess cost implications for current/customized products.

- Pricing Strategy: Work with management to establish profit margins; conduct competitor pricing analysis and market benchmarking.
