Job Description:
- Welcome customers and provide personalized styling and product recommendations.
- Understand customer needs and deliver an excellent shopping experience.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.
- Maintain solid knowledge of products, collections, fabrics, sizes, and current trends.
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and effective product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and clienteling.
- Maintain VM standards and ensure the store is well-presented at all times.
- Handle billing, stock checks, replenishment, and other store operations as required.
- Maintain awareness of daily KPIs such as Sales, ATV, UPT, ASP, and Conversion.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving overall store objectives.
