Job Summary: This role will lead complex, cross-functional IT programs, with a strong focus on enterprise AI initiatives from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will drive alignment across various departments, manage program lifecycles, and ensure successful delivery of strategic technology workstreams. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a proven ability to influence and guide teams without direct authority.

Key Responsibilities:
- 6 to 9 years of experience in technical project management within an enterprise IT environment
- Orchestrate end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI programs.
- Maintain comprehensive program plans, RAID logs, decision registers, and status reporting cadences across all active AI workstreams
- Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and track action items.
- Ensure AI initiatives adhere to governance and intake processes.




- Coordinate AI use case teams for accountability and progress.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong command of Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
- Proficiency with project management platforms like Jira.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills.

Industry Experience: Experience in enterprise IT program management, particularly with AI readiness and implementation, is highly preferred for this role within the technology and SaaS industry.
