Experience

- 2+ years in a D2C brand or digital marketing agency (mandatory)

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and execution-driven Social Media Manager who understands social media beyond content posting and can build a brand that people love to engage with. You should have a strong eye for aesthetics, excellent English communication skills, a deep understanding of internet culture and pop culture, and the ability to take ownership as if you're building your own brand. If you're proactive, creative, and execution-focused, we'd love to meet you.

Job Responsibilities

- Plan and execute the brand's social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content calendars aligned with brand campaigns, launches, and seasonal collections.
- Design basic static creatives and carousel posts using Canva.
- Coordinate with freelance video editors, photographers, designers, and content creators to ensure timely content delivery.




- Maintain a visually appealing and consistent brand feed across all social platforms.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral content formats, memes, and pop culture to create relevant content.
- Work closely with the founders to brainstorm campaigns and execute current ideas quickly.
- Track content performance and optimize strategies based on engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Coordinate product shoots, influencer collaborations, and campaign executions whenever required.
- Ensure all social media activities align with the brand's voice and business objectives.

Qualifications
