Profile: Fund Compliance Manager

Experience: 3 - 7 Years

Roles:

- Manage complete fund operations for India and Global Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).
- Handle investor onboarding, KYC documentation, capital calls, distributions, and exit processing.
- Maintain investor records and ensure timely generation of investor statements.
- Coordinate NAV computation with auditors and appointed fund administrators.
- Manage bank reconciliations, fund accounting coordination, and AUM reporting.
- Coordinate with custodians, bankers, auditors, trustees, RTAs, and other service providers.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI (AIF) Regulations and fund Private Placement Memorandum (PPM).
- Review investment proposals to ensure adherence to investment mandates and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor portfolio exposure, diversification limits, leverage, and related-party transactions.
- Identify compliance deviations and report them to the Investment Committee.
- Review legal documents including Term Sheets, SHA, SSA, and related agreements from a compliance perspective.
- Prepare and file regulatory returns with SEBI and IFSCA.
- Support statutory audits, trustee audits,



and regulatory inspections.
- Track FEMA and ODI compliance requirements for cross-border investments.
- Prepare quarterly investor reports, capital account statements, and compliance certificates.
- Handle investor queries related to fund performance, drawdowns, distributions, and tax documentation.
- Support fundraising activities by preparing operational and compliance documentation.
- Stay updated with regulatory amendments and ensure implementation across fund operations.

Qualification:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or CFA Qualified
- Additional certification in NISM Series XIX-C (AIF) will be preferred
- Candidates willing to complete the certification within 3 months may also apply
