Job Description:
- Plan, execute, monitor, and control project activities as per approved schedules.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure construction is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, progress reports, and milestones.
- Conduct regular site meetings and project reviews.
- Monitor quality, safety, statutory compliance, and company standards.
- Manage project approvals, documentation, inspections, and handover activities.
- Identify project risks and resolve site-level issues to ensure smooth execution.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams for timely project completion.
