Profile: Sales Coordinator

Experience

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, or a similar role.

Job Profile

- Maintain and update sales records and reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team for daily operations and order processing.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and supporting documents for the sales team.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and queries.
- Generate business opportunities through distributor follow-ups.
- Track sales team activities and prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate product availability with the concerned departments.
- Ensure timely communication between customers, distributors, and the internal sales team.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
- Travel across India whenever required for business requirements.
