Job Description:
- Extract and consolidate data from reporting platforms such as Grafana, Clever Tap, and other analytics tools.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for chatbot performance tracking.
- Design and maintain interactive Excel dashboards to monitor key business KPIs.
- Analyze chatbot funnels, customer journeys, containment, conversion, engagement, and drop-off metrics.
- Develop automated reporting templates to improve reporting efficiency.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Generate actionable insights and trend analysis for business and product teams.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and business teams to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
