Role Summary:
Develop and enhance Service Now AI Control Tower capabilities focused on discoverability, observability, governance, and security of enterprise AI solutions. Build and integrate AI-powered services, identify product gaps, and collaborate with product teams to drive platform improvements. Support development of RAG, LLM, and Agentic AI solutions on the Service Now platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and configure Service Now applications, workflows, and integrations for AI Control Tower.
Build AI services leveraging RAG, LLMs, AI Agents, and Service Now AI capabilities.
Implement AI governance, observability, monitoring, and security controls.
Develop dashboards and reporting for AI operations and compliance.
Identify platform/product gaps and provide feedback to product engineering teams.
Integrate Service Now with enterprise AI platforms and external systems.
Follow Agile, Dev Ops, and Service Now development best practices.
Preferred Certifications: Service Now CSA, CAD, AI/GenAI Certifications.
