Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Analyst with 5+ years of experience in infrastructure administration, cloud platforms, containerization, middleware, and production support. The candidate should have robust hands-on experience with Pega Platform administration, Kafka, Elasticsearch/Open Search, Kubernetes/EKS, Docker, AWS, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).

Key Responsibilities
Perform Pega Platform administration, configuration, maintenance, and upgrade activities.
Administer and troubleshoot Apache Kafka environments, including architecture, configuration, monitoring, and Disaster Recovery (DR) implementation.
Manage Elasticsearch environments and integrate applications with AWS Open Search Service.
Administer Kubernetes clusters and Amazon EKS, including deployments, scaling, troubleshooting, and cluster maintenance.
Develop, maintain, and deploy Helm charts for Kubernetes-based applications.
Manage Docker containers and images, including image creation, versioning, repositories, and deployment.
Implement and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) pipelines for infrastructure provisioning and application deployment.
Work with AWS networking concepts, including VPC, subnets,



security groups, routing, and load balancing.
Configure and troubleshoot AWS Application Load Balancer (ALB) and related traffic-routing components.
Monitor and maintain Apache, Web, and Database servers to ensure availability and performance.
Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and perform troubleshooting and optimization.
Provide L2/L3 production support for infrastructure and application-related issues.
Analyze logs, system metrics, alerts, and performance data to identify and resolve production incidents.
Participate in incident management, root-cause analysis, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
Ensure infrastructure reliability, availability, security, and operational stability.

Must-Have Skills
5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Analyst / Infrastructure Engineer / System Engineer.
