JOB DESCRIPTION – AOSE (Admission outreach Student Engagement) – Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic, confident, and target-oriented Marketing Executives to strengthen the university's presence at the ground level, build relationships with schools and educational institutions, generate prospective student leads, and support student admissions and outreach initiatives.

This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel, networking, relationship building, and direct interaction with School Principals, Teachers, Counsellors, Students, Parents, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Engagement & Lead Generation

Drive structured student engagement through school visits, seminars, workshops, career sessions, education fairs and other outreach activities to generate qualified student leads.

2. Student Counselling & Admission Conversion

Counsel prospective students and parents on Shivalik University programmes, career opportunities, eligibility, scholarships and admission processes, with a clear focus on converting enquiries into admissions.

3. Campus Visit & Admission Facilitation

Proactively engage prospective students and motivate them for Shivalik University campus visits, ensuring effective coordination and follow-up to move students towards admission.

4. School & Institutional Outreach

Build and maintain strong relationships with School Principals, Vice Principals, Teachers, Counsellors, Coordinators, Coaching Institutes, Tuition Centres and other education stakeholders.

5. School Engagement Programme Execution

Plan and execute University-led school engagement and awareness programmes, including career counselling, seminars, workshops and student interaction activities,



to strengthen institutional connect and create a continuous student pipeline.

6. Lead Follow-up & Conversion Management

Regularly follow up with students and parents through calls, messages and personal interactions; track student interest, address queries and ensure timely movement of leads through the admission funnel.

7. Market Development & Database Building

Identify new schools, coaching/tuition centres, student segments and local outreach opportunities; build and continuously update a quality database of institutions, students and prospects in the assigned territory.

8. CRM, MIS & Performance Management

Maintain accurate and timely CRM/MIS updates covering visits, student interactions, leads, follow-ups, counselling, campus visits and admissions; coordinate with Admissions, Marketing and Academic teams and submit regular performance reports to management.

Candidate Profile

· Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Prior experience in education marketing, institutional sales, school outreach, admissions, or field sales will be preferred.

· Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Confident in interacting with senior school authorities, students, parents, and institutional stakeholders.

· Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

· Target-oriented, proactive, energetic, and self-motivated personality.

· Candidates with a valid driving licence and willingness to travel will be preferred.
